2. Based on the return policy, I would say that no, you cannot return a changing table, however, the wording of your return policy is a little unclear regarding furniture. In section 3, the sentence reads "with the execption of the all furniture, sale, clearance, and custom ordered products". The word "the" in front of "all furniture" almost makes "all furniture" sound like a brand, not a catagory. Also, in section 7, the sentence seems to mean clearance furniture rather than furniture. For clarity, I would rewrite that sentence to read something like: "We do not accept returns or exanges for any furniture products, sale or clearance items, or custom orders".
3. The Lulu crib bedding set was not easy to find when searching by brand, or catagory. It did not show up in the sets by Glenna Jean, however I did find it by typing Lulu in the search box.

5.There was contact info at the bottom of the screen. The phone number is displayed there, and you have options to click to email, or live chat. I would suggest putting a contact us link at the top of the page. That is where I always look first, and I don't like having to scroll down to the bottom to find that info.

In the description there is a line that says "Lead Time: 5 to 7 Business Days", I'm assuming that applies to the time it takes to manufacture the product, or for you to get it from the manufacturer, but it doesnt really tell the consumer when to expect it. It would be helpful to give more specific info, such as "your product will ship in 5 to 7 business days", or "you can expect your order to ship within 5 to 7 business days", etc... I would also refrain from using jargon like "lead time", while most will know what that means, some shoppers may not.
